LAST NIGHT @ KRAV MAGA GLASGOW

Last night we worked our core combatives into some two of Krav Maga's takedowns. We then looked at Tactical Edge and borrowed the foot pins. We used the right haymaker as a stimulus and worked all our striking and takedowns from this. Next week week we will do the same from straight punches. Great effort by all that attended.
