LAST NIGHT @ KRAV MAGA GLASGOW

After the warm up we went straight into a take down and looked at how we could use that off our standard 360 defence. After that we looked at dealing with close range knife threats and working them on the live and dead side. We used the standard KM disarm and looked at how we could apply this from a variety of positions.
