LAST NIGHT @ KRAV MAGA GLASGOW

Last night we worked our striking then onto defending a headlock from the side and the various methods of prevention. We looked at defeding round kicks and also had time to look at a choke from behind. More on this next week. Excellent effort guys see you all at the same time, same place next week.
